</p><p>Step 1: Create a New Document 400 x 400 px. Using the Gradient Tool, draw a blue gradient on the background like on the next picture. Colors I used are: #2f8bc0 to #6dc5de.</p>
<p><span id="more-211"></span></p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-212" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-01/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-212" title="07-01" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-01.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="400" /></a></p>
<p>Step 2: First create a new layer, than with Ellipse tool create bunch of random white circles (you can press shift to get perfect circles). Set your settings like on the next picture:</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-213" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-02/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213" title="07-02" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-02.jpg" alt="" width="322" height="29" /></a></p>
<p>And try to get something like this:</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-214" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-03/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-214" title="07-03" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-03.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="400" /></a></p>
<p>Step 3: The cloud looks quite nice already, but to give it some more detail, you must apply the following layer styles to your cloud layer: Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Stroke. To get to  the layer styles press right mouse on your cloud layer and than blending options like on the next picture:</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-215" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-04/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-215" title="07-04" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-04.jpg" alt="" width="273" height="457" /></a></p>
<p>After that set your settings like on the next pictures (feel free to modify your layer styles):</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-216" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-05/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-216" title="07-05" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-05.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="449" /></a></p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-217" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-06/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-217" title="07-06" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-06.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="449" /></a></p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-218" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-07/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-218" title="07-07" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-07.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="449" /></a></p>
<p>And you will get something like this:</p>
<p><a rel="attachment wp-att-219" href="http://tutorials4all.com/2010/07/cloud-in-photoshop/07-08/"><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-219" title="07-08" src="http://tutorials4all.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/07-08.jpg" alt="" width="400" height="400" /></a></p>
<p>Congratulations, you’re done!</p>
