Step 1: Open Photoshop and create a new document, I’m using 800×600 pixels but you can use bigger size so you can use it as wallpaper. Fill the background layer with a very dark grey #151515.

Step 1: Create a New Document 400 x 400 px. Using the Gradient Tool, draw a blue gradient on the background like on the next picture. Colors I used are: #2f8bc0 to #6dc5de.

Open new document 200X100 px, and make new layer Layer>New>Layer (Shift+Ctrl+N).

Step 2: Now you set the 2 base colours for the wallpaper. The colors I used are #25841b and #FFFFFF (you can pick different colours). Set your foreground colour to #25841b and your background colour to #FFFFFF. Choose Filter > Render > Clouds.
