3 Acne Skin Care Tips
Acne is a skin condition that occurs due to the overproduction of oil by the oil glands of the skin. That oil, sometimes get trapped in blocked oil ducts so leading to our familiar pimple. Acne usually occurs in people during their teen and young adult years. Most people have to deal with it for 4 years but some others for more.
The aggravation it causes can not be ignored, and that leads to the conclusion that taking care of your acne skin is a must in order to make your skin cleaner and feel better with yourself.
1. Wash your face.
Wash your face twice a day. Try to be gentle with it. Use a mild-soap designed for acne. Do not over wash because it will make your acne even worse. Just wash one time at the morning and one time at the evening. Washing your face as I mentioned before will help you get rid of bacteria and excess oil which are some of the main contributors to acne.
2. Avoid Any contact with your face.
I really know how annoying a big pimple at your face is. I know that it makes you feel embarrassed about yourself. You then consider that the only solution is scrubbing and getting rid of it. Well just do not do that. Every time you do that to a pimple, you transfer bacteria which find an open way to get inside your skin, and also you transfer oil. Exception from these keep in mind that scratching and scrubbing a pimple can lead to scarring which will be much more annoying when you manage to get rid of your acne.
3. Get much sleep.
Sleep is one of the best "skin-doctors". Keep in mind that all the big changes usually happen when you sleep. Sleeping at least 8 hours everyday will give the body, the time it needs to cure itself. If you ask all the models, either male or female, they will tell you that they secret for them smooth-clear skin is sufficient sleep everyday together with other things (healthy diet etc).
